Siliguri, Mar 30 (ANI): Former India football player Baichung Bhutia who is contesting the West Bengal assembly polls as a Trinamool Congress candidate has started campaign at red light in Siliguri on Wednesday. Bhutia said that they want to work for the development of the people. Polling in the constituency will be held in the fifth phase on April 17.
