Footage of a five-year-old boy being cut out of a plastic pipe after it got stuck on his head in China. <br /><br />The video, captured in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province on Monday, shows firefighters using tools to help get the boy out of the pipe.<br /><br />According to local reports, the boy used the plastic pipe as a mask but it got stuck.
