Kolkata, Mar 31 (ANI): Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Thursday condoled the loss of lives by collapse of under construction flyover in North Kolkata. Noting that the Centre will be extending all possible help in the rescue operation, Naqvi pointed out that his party was not satisfied with the way Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was handling the matter.
