A Progress cargo craft blasted off on Thursday (March 31) on a resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS). <br /> <br />The Progress 63 spaceship launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan, lighting up the night sky as its engine started. <br /> <br />Carrying food, fuel and supplies, Progress 63 is expected to dock at the space station on Saturday (April 2). <br /> <br />Progress 63 replaces the resupply ship Progress 61, which undocked from the ISS loaded with trash. <br /> <br />Progress 61 is set to burn up over the Pacific Ocean on Friday (April 1).
