I called The Teck Guy and spoke with Paul. Paul was able to retrieve my data and photos. He also restored my system after wiping the hard drive clean. Once I took the computer home, I ended up having another problem that I brought on myself and Paul gave me a complimentary web-enabled session that resolved my problem. Paul is knowledgeable, friendly, and very fair in his charges.
