Shocking footage has emerged from China of strong winds blowing the roofs off buildings, damaging cars and causing power cuts. <br /><br />The video, captured in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province on Friday, shows roofs flopping to the ground, crushing parked cars and causing a fire. <br /><br />According to local reports, a car and a mini bus were damaged and the storm caused power cuts across the city.
