Current developer and maintainer of the Harvest Map addon, Shinni, did a beautifully lorefriendly immersive April Fool's Joke on the users of his addon, by incorporating a canonical message that owners of the Orsinium DLC were able to find and read only once during a main story quest there, which is why most people who got this quest thought it was an official Zenimax prank ^^.
