Four Utah men were arrested and booked into a Unitah County Jail for their roles in raping a nine-year-old girl, while her mother smoked meth in another room.<br />The young girl's mother told authorities that she noticed something was wrong when she returned and saw her daughters dress pulled up past her waist.<br />The four suspects are facing charges of first degree felony rape and first degree felony sodomy .<br />It's unknown whether the mother will face any charges, while the girl remains in state custody.
