With immense pressure to bolster revenue, Twitter struck a deal with the NFL to stream its Thursday night games.<br />Game will be free and users don't have to be registered to enjoy the many hard hits and touchdown celebrations.<br />The rights package also includes in-game highlights of the games, as well as pregame Periscope broadcasts from players and teams.<br />Terms of the deal weren't disclosed, but the league originally offered it to social media rival Facebook, Verizon and Amazon, before moving the way of Twitter.<br />"This is about transforming the fan experience with football," Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said.<br />Twitter now becomes the third destination where a fan can watch a Thursday night game, joining NBC, CBS and NFL Network.
