DARLINGTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — Police in Darlington County, South Carolina are asking for the public's help to track down the abuser of a helpless little black dog earlier this week. The dog was found with its mouth and head wrapped in duct tape. <br /> <br />On April 4, the dog was seen limping down the road of a suburban neighbourhood, noticeably injured. An anonymous call was made to police, who were quickly able to locate the dog. <br /> <br />The cops were able to catch the dog, and carefully removed the duct tape on its face.
