Heartwarming footage has emerged from the US of a baby seeing his mum clearly for the first time after getting a pair of glasses. <br /><br />The video, filmed near Seattle in Washington on April 2, shows baby Leopold, who has a rare disorder called Oculocutaneous Albinism which affects his vision, trying on his new pair of glasses and appearing to smile when he sees his mum. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "Our son Leopold was recently diagnosed with a rare disorder called Oculocutaneous Albinism (OCA). <br /><br />"This affects the coloring of his skin, hair, and eyes and leaves him with extremely impaired vision." <br /><br />"But today he received his glasses, and can now see the world clearly for the very first time," she continued.
