In a shocking revelation, it has been revealed one of the terrorists responsible for the attacks in Brussels last month, which killed 32 people, worked two stints as a cleaner for the European Union's Parliament.<br />The attacker worked both summers of 2009 and 2010 and didn't have a criminal record at the time.<br />This piece of startling information gives more ammunition to critics who believe Belgian authorities have failed to root out terrorists in their front yard.<br />Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel acknowledge his country's shortcomings, telling the AFP "I cannot accept the idea that we're a failed state."
