Shocking CCTV footage has emerged from China of a horse running behind a truck on a road while tied to it. <br /><br />The video, captured in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province last Tuesday, shows the animal tied up with an iron chain, and running behind the vehicle. <br /><br />According to driver, he wanted to make his horse do some exercise, so he tied it to his truck. <br /><br />He was eventually fined by police.
