Footage has emerged from China of a man who cut the roof off a scrap car to create his dream sports roadster. <br /><br />The CCTV video, captured in Dezhou, Shandong Province last Wednesday, shows the man driving the vehicle, which is essentially a Santana with the roof cut off.<br /><br />He hasn't finished the electrical wiring yet and some of the explosed wires can be seen in the passenger seat. <br /><br />The man was later allegedly stopped and fined by police for speeding and driving without the proper license.
