Footage of a ten-year-old Justin Bieber "obsessive" being surprised with Justin Bieber concert tickets. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Utah on April 2, shows the super fan bursting into tears when her parents reveal the good news. <br /><br />The filmer later wrote online: "I wanted to surprise my ten-year-old daughter who has been obsessed with Justin Bieber since she was three with tickets to his Purpose Tour. <br /><br />"Tickets were sold out and I tried every radio contest to get tickets for her." <br /><br />"The night before the concert we came across some tickets and couldn’t pass them up," she continued.<br /><br />"We decided not to tell her or my little sister until right before the concert. <br /><br />"We took them shopping and two hours before the show we walked over to the arena and I told them it was too bad that we didn’t get tickets that I tried as hard as I could but they were hard to get. <br /><br />"I told them we could get a shirt and take a picture in front of the arena just for fun. <br /><br />"As they posed for the picture we broke the news to them and the reaction was priceless. <br /><br />"Best night for a mother and daughter."
