Bizarre footage of police in China inspecting a car with towels over the number plates, which the driver apparently did to avoid security cameras. <br /><br />The video, captured in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province last Thursday, shows police looking at the parked black car, which has a blue towel over the rear license plate.<br /><br />According to local reports, the driver wanted to park his car on opposite roadside, which is illegal, so he thought a towel would help him out. <br /><br />Police eventually fined him the equivalent of £20 GBP and points were deducted off his license.
