American Documents Aftermath of Second Quake in Kumamoto

<p>A 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck the southern Japanese city of Kumamoto in the early hours of April 16, two days after a <a class="link" rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://newswire.storyful.com/storylines/*/stories/125803?collection=kyushu-earthquake_2321">6.2 earthquake</a> rocked the area. The earthquake occurred at around 1.25am local time. Local media reported that Japan’s Meteorological Agency issued a tsunami warning for coastal areas in the Kumamoto Prefecture, but it was lifted about 50 minutes later.</p><p>This 41-minute video was streamed live on Periscope by Noel Vincent, an American who lives in Kumamoto, shortly after the earthquake on April 16.
