Morning people,<br /><br />for the new year I thought I put up something special.<br />Many people have asked me to do this song.<br />And now it is done and I'm pretty happy with the recording.<br />I think it sounds great.<br /><br />So I thought, why not do a better video than usual.<br />So a friend (mario) and I filmed in my homwtown passau<br />on some location and two weeks later I played the song<br />with two friends (tom on drums, thomas on bass) in toms rehearsal room.<br />This time martin filmed us playing.<br />I think the video turned out pretty cool.<br /><br />So I thank my friends for all the help.<br />It was a lot of work for all of us.<br /><br />Note:<br />the others did not actually play on this song.<br />They "just" posed for the video shoot.<br /><br />For a new year I though I'll try a new Intro too:<br />it is a part of Andy McKee's song "All Laid Back and Stuff"<br />which I recorded.<br /><br />Gear:<br />Guitar: Epiphone Les Paul Special<br />Strings: Ernie Ball 12-56<br />Acoustic: Kirkland TX<br />Tuning: Dropped A#<br />Bass: Keiper 5 string<br />Amp: Line6 Toneport UX2 with PowerPack AddOn.<br />Recording device: same as above<br />Acoustic Recording: Mic AKG C 414 and B-Bend Pickup<br />Recording Software: Steinberg Cubase.<br />Drums: Toontrack EZDrummer with dfh AddOn<br />Cam: Panasonic NV-GS 11<br />Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro<br /><br />See Ya.<br />Da Schehf !!!
