Pennsylvania Governor Signs Bill Legalizing Medical Marijuana

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on Sunday signed a bill legalizing medical marijuana, making the state the 24th in the country The law also sets standards for tracking plants, certifying physicians and licensing growers, dispensaries and physicians.
