Amusing footage has emerged of a cyclist refusing to put his feet on the ground while he's waiting at traffic lights, displaying impressive balance. <br /><br />The footage, captured in Hengshui, Hebei Province, China on April 6, shows the man coming to a stop at a zebra cross and, for some reason, refusing to put his feet down.
