Footage has emerged from China of a boy hanging out of a second-floor window after he got his head stuck in the window bars. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Handan, Hebei Province last Saturday, shows the boy hanging out of the window by his head, before a passerby comes to the rescue and holds him up while proper help arrives. <br /><br />Eventually, another man arrives with a ladder to help push the boy back into the room.
