The BBC's Will Ross has been speaking to some of the 41 survivors of a boat disaster in the Mediterranean, where at least 400 people reportedly died on a crossing from Libya. <br />Officials have not yet confirmed the high number of deaths. The International Organisation for Migration says close to 180,000 people have entered Europe by sea this year.
