Ok what I have is the following that was donated to me this morning by a local business that I will not name.<br /><br />16 - Motorola MT1500 handhelds 700/800MHz band with batteries, chargers and public service speaker mics.<br /><br />47 - Motorola MTX850 LS Handhelds 800MHz with batteries, chargers and standard speaker mics.<br /><br />YES, all the radios work as intended.<br /><br />YES, all the radios were legally donated to me.<br /><br />YES, I will be donating the MT1500's to the volunteer fire departments around the rural areas of my town.<br /><br />YES, The MTX850's will be salvaged for re-usable parts, destroyed and then recycled appropriately.<br /><br />NO, I will not sell or donate ANY of these radios to non government entities or Ham radio operators. NO EXCEPTIONS!
