Measurements: <br />Maida (All Purpose Flour) : 3 cups <br />Butter: 1 Bar (100g) <br />Baking Powder : 1 tea spoon <br />Baking Soda 1 pinch <br />Sugar : 1 KG (approx) <br />Oil : either ghee or peanut oil (i prefer peanut oil) for frying (around 2 litres)
