Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a cooked fish appearing to come back to life very briefly after swallowing a shot of alcohol. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Jinan, Shandong Province on February 18, shows the fried fish twitching and opening and closing its mouth after the waiter pours the shot into it. <br /><br />According to local reports, the name of the dish translates to “eat alive carp”. <br /><br />Chefs have to be extremely careful when preparing and cooking the fish because if they damage the heart and main nerve when cutting it, the trick won't work.
