MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA — A Pennsylvania man who opened fire on and killed another worshiper in front of a congregation last Sunday at a Montgomery County church has been charged with manslaughter. <br /> <br />Robert Braxton III, 27, entered Keystone Fellowship Church during Sunday morning's church service and sat down at a pew reserved for two other church members. A church member sitting behind Braxton touched his shoulder and told him he'd taken an already occupied seat. Braxton responded by yelling and he refused to get up. <br /> <br />Several church ushers and an associate pastor ran over to talk to Braxton and tried to calm him. Witnesses told NBC Philadelphia that Braxton was in the process of calming down when fellow churchgoer Mark Storms approached him and pulled out a Concealed Weapons Permit badge. He then allegedly told Braxton to leave the sanctuary. <br /> <br />Braxton responded by punching Storms in the jaw. According to NBC Philadelphia, churchgoers hid under the pews as the altercation played out in the church. <br /> <br />Witnesses say that Storms then shot Braxton twice, once in the right arm and once in the chest.
