Well, this is finally done in FL Studio 11. I realized that MuseScore just wouldn't work for the MIDI file like this so I used got all the instruments (except the Tenor Sax a bit), and tried again. Officially, I put a fading scene with Windows Movie Maker by splitting both parts, and made one part silent as well as enabling the fading action. Nobody on YouTube would make a SNES remix of Beat It so I decided to make this and publish it on YouTube and Daily Motion as well.
