After his $140 million legal victory against the gossip website for violating his privacy with a sex tape, Hulk Hogan filed a second lawsuit claiming the site allegedly leaked sealed court documents to the National Enquirer that quoted him making racist remarks.<br />In a 2007 encounter with his best friend’s wife, Hogan unleashed an ugly tirade about his daughter Brooke’s black boyfriend.<br />The National Enquirer published the story, which “Gawker had been threatening to release publicly for months,” in July, according to the suit.<br />Gawker is appealing the $140 million jury verdict and denying its involvement with the leaked transcript to the Enquirer.
