Footage of an unusual natural phenomenon occuring in a river in Russia, whereby a circular "ice disc" is turning slowly in the water. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Omsk Oblast in January, shows the amazing phenomenon, which can see rotating ice discs reach nearly 50ft in diameter.
