Footage has emerged from China of a severely flooded city following heavy rainfall. <br /><br />In the video, filmed in Guilin, Guangxi Province last Sunday, the whole area can be seen underwater, with rafts and makeshift boats now the main form of transport. <br /><br />Dozens of tourists were reportedly staying near the river when it flooded and were briefly trapped. Tourist attractions and local businesses have also been badly affected.
