The most senior transgender officer in the Army has said there has recently been an increase in the number of transgender soldiers.\r<br> Hannah Winterbourne, 28, who has served in Afghanistan, acts as a mentor for many of them. And she said Army colleagues had displayed a really positive attitude towards her own transition.
