President Barack Obama’s decision to visit Hiroshima may not have been a difficult one.<br />He has been pushing for a world free of nuclear weapons and his desire to fill his final year in office with a series of historic trips, including Cuba, is the final chapters to his legacy.<br />Obama would visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park May 27 following his first trip to Vietnam.<br />"I would be honored to visit Hiroshima and Nagasaki", he said in 2009.<br />His visit also will "highlight his continued commitment to pursuing the peace and security of a world without nuclear weapons", said The White House.
