Footage, from China, of a car owner creating an innovative pulley system to lift his vehicle out of floodwater. <br /><br />The video, filmed in Nanping, Fujian Province last Friday, shows the car balancing just above the water, attached to a series of ropes and DIY equipment. <br /><br />Ten counties in the province have been hit by flooding in recent days after heavy rainfall, with shops and schools closed until the water subsides.
