New Delhi, May 12 (ANI): In a horrid incident, a 39-year-old man was found hanging from a tree at Vijay Chowk in the national capital. The tree is a few metres away from the Parliament. The deceased has been identified as Dayal Verma allegedly committed suicide today morning. <br />The man hails from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. He was spotted at 7.00 a.m.
