Dramatic footage has emerged of major fire in the Soho office complex in Beijing, China. <br /><br />The video, filmed in the capital on Thursday, shows thick smoking billowing into the air as its blown around by the wind. <br /><br />According to a witness who works nearby, the smoke was coming out of a building in the office complex known as Soho.
