Over 68 people were killed after four bombings struck predominantly Shiite neighborhoods on Tuesday.<br />An IED detonated and a female suicide bomber targeted a crowded market in the eastern neighborhood of Al-Shaab.<br />The rest of the attacks were carried out by via car or suicide bomber near Dara and Sadr City.<br />Only one of the attacks were claimed by ISIS, according to NPR.<br />The militant group is Sunni and regularly targets Shiite communities in terrorist strikes.<br />Last Wednesday, a string of ISIS-claimed attacks in Baghdad killed more than 85 people in what was Baghdad's bloodiest day of 2016.
