This one let's you regenerate your health continuously all the way up until it's full again throughout a whole mission. <br /><br />The only downside is that you will need to get a specific high end mask. If you've played a lot and did the daily missions or you were lucky in the dark zone, you might have a chance to get this mask as a reward. But you can also buy the blueprint for Phoenix points. <br /><br />Once you have the blueprint, you want to head over to the crafting station and try out the electronics mask blueprint. You probably will have to craft 2 or 3 to get the perk you want just a heads up. This is a random bonus that drops every couple of times. <br /><br />The mask you're looking for is the Rush mask with the rehabilitated talent. It says that it heals you 2% every second during status effect, but this effect is glitched at the moment and will heal you permanently even after all status effects are gone. <br /><br />So if you're in a mission, you can drop a shock grenade on yourself and cause a status effect that sets this glitch up.
