House Speaker Paul Ryan released a statement Tuesday criticizing President Obama's new regulation expanding overtime pay to roughly 4 million Americans.<br />Obama released the rule today, which makes anyone earning up to $47,476 a year, or roughly $913 a week, eligible for overtime pay.<br />In addition to calling the rule an "absolute disaster," Ryan posed the question "who [does it] hurt most?<br />Students, nonprofit employees, and people starting a new career."<br />The Wisconsin congressman later slammed Obama for "rushing through regulations," while pledging to fight the rule.
