Shocking footage, from China, of a driver dragging a police officer along a road in an attempt to escape. <br /><br />The CCTV video, captured in Changsha, Hunan Province on May 12, first shows a minibus reversing into another car. <br /><br />When a police officer comes over to investigate, the minibus suddenly speeds off, dragging the officer for quite some time until he falls over. <br /><br />According to police, the minibus driver didn't have the appropriate driving licence so he tried to escape. <br /><br />He was later arrested.
