PUEBLA, MEXICO — Viral video circling social media shows a cop allegedly kissing a woman in exchange for letting her escape a traffic violation. <br /> <br />According to the Daily Mail, the woman asked the officer how she could "fix things", to which the officer reportedly said: "However you want!" <br /> <br />That's what apparently led to the face sucking.
