Iraqi army promises victory in Fallujah ‘next week’

Iraqi troops are advancing around the ISIL-controlled city of Fallujah, and promising victory by the end of next week. But ISIL is still powerful and hitting back hard. <br /><br />Al Jazeera’s Omar Al Saleh reports from Erbil.
