Village Panchayat President Chandrahasa attempted to rape an woman employee in his office on Thursday evening. <br />The accused had summoned her to his chamber after office hours and allegedly molested her and attempted to rape her. <br />The CCTV footage irked members and have lodged a complaint with Kestur police in Mandya district.
