Shocking video has emerged from China of a skyscraper under construction on fire.<br /><br />In the footage, filmed in Shenyang, Liaoning Province on Tuesday, the whole building is in flames with thick black smoke rising up.<br /><br />Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
