Footage, filmed near Mannheim on May 31, of the River Neckar in Germany after it overflowed, causing major flooding. <br /><br />Four people reportedly died in the floods following torrential rain, and shipping on parts of the river has been halted. <br /><br />A number of houses have been flooded and some roads have been blocked by mudslides.
