Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen <br />Recipe for: Noodle Salad <br /> <br />I made this to take to a friends party and everyone loved it. you can even use pasta instead of noodles, it's equally mouth watering! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />Half cucumber <br />2 tomatoes <br />1 red onion <br />1 Tbsp soy sauce <br />100g noodles <br />150g smoky bacon <br />1 Tbsp sesame oil <br />1 Tsp vinegar <br />Small bunch coriander <br />2 cloves garlic <br /> <br />Method: <br />Thinly slice the red onion <br />Slice the tomatoes into thin slices <br />Slice and cut the cucumber into thin threats <br />Place chopped ingredients in a mixing bowl <br />Chop the garlic <br />Roughly chop the coriander <br />Place them in the mixing bowl <br />Cut the bacon into thin threads <br />Place on a dish for later <br />Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan <br />Add the bacon into the pan <br />Fry for 5 minutes until golden and crispy <br />Remove from the pan onto a dish to cool <br />Boil 1 litre of water in a pan <br />Add the noodles and boil for 5 to 10 minutes until soft – the length of boiling time can be vary depends on the type of noodles <br />Remove from the pan into a colander and drain <br />Place noodle under running cold water for 2 minutes and drain <br />Add salt to your taste into the mixing bowl <br />Add sesame oil, vinegar…and bacon onto the salads <br />Mix all ingredients together Add the fried bacon & mix <br />Add the cooked noodles & soy sauce <br />Mix all ingredients together <br />Transfer onto a dish and serve <br /> <br />Thank you for watching <br />If you would like to see more recipes click below: <br />https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQri6FfO31rtR7tK5gJbimQ
