Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen <br />Recipe for: Chilli Fries <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />2 Medium Potatoes <br />1 or 2 Red Chilli Peppers (optional) <br />1 Spring Onion <br />2 Cloves Garlic <br />½ Tsp Ground Ginger <br />Salt to Taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> 1. Finely chop the spring onion and garlic. <br /> 2. Thinly slice the chilli peppers. <br /> 3. Cut potatoes into very thin threads. <br /> 4. Bring 1 litre of oil to smoking hot in the wok. <br /> 5. Place the threaded potato into the wok, deep fry for 15 to 20 minutes until crispy. <br /> 6. Remove from oil and drain. Leave about 1 Tbsp of oil in the wok and discard the rest. <br /> 7. Add the chilli peppers, spring onion, garlic and ground ginger into the wok and fry for a minute. <br /> 8. Add the deep fried threaded potato, add salt to your taste. <br /> 9.
