Welcome to Xiao's Kitchen <br />Recipe for: Chinese Crispy Pork <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />300g Pork Fillet <br />2 Spring Onions <br />2 Cloves Garlic <br />1cm Ginger <br />20 Coriander Stems <br />1 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper <br />1 Red Chilli Pepper <br />4 Tbsp Cornflour <br />1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds <br />2 Tbsp Clear Honey <br />Salt to Taste <br /> <br />Methods: <br /> 1. Finely slice the ginger, garlic, spring onions and chilli pepper. <br /> 2. Cut the coriander stems into 1 inch in length. <br /> 3. Cut the pork into thin strips, place into a mixing bowl. <br /> 4. Add the cornflour and mix. <br /> 5. Deep fry the pork for 8 - 10 minutes until crispy. <br /> 6. Remove and drain the pork. Fry the ginger, garlic, chilli and black pepper and fry for few seconds. <br /> 7. Add the pork back into the wok. <br /> 8. Add the honey and salt and fry for few seconds. <br /> 9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onion, coriander, then toss all together. <br /> 10. Transfer onto a dish and enjoy. <br /> <br />Thank you for watching
