The actor's band Tenacious D revealed on social media, Sunday that their Twitter account had been hacked and a message had been sent out saying that Black had died. "We had our Twitter account hacked," Tenacious D wrote on Facebook. "We can assure you that Jack is ALIVE and WELL and that this was a sick 'prank.'
