Xiao's Kitchen - Welcomes you to our cooking channel. <br />Recipe for: Potato & Spring Onion Pancakes <br /> <br />Serve this dish with poached egg or salad leaves. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />450g Potatoes <br />4 Tbsp Plain Flour <br />2 Spring Onions <br />1 Tsp Ground White Pepper <br />1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds <br />Salt to Taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> 1. Finely chop the spring onions. <br /> 2. Grate the potatoes and place them into a large mixing bowl. <br /> 3. Add the spring onions, pepper, flour, sesame seeds and salt. Mix well. <br /> 4. Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in the frying pan. <br /> 5. Place 2 Tbsp of the potato mixture into the pan. <br /> 6. Apply pressure with a spoon to flatten into a pancake. <br /> 7. Fry on medium heat for 4 minutes each side until golden. <br /> 8. Repeat this process until all mixture is used. <br /> 9. Transfer onto a dish and serve on its own or with poached egg. <br /> <br />Thank you for watching.
