Video released by a filmmaker named Roman Ursuhack from Moldova showed how it is possible to make a clean cut in glass using only water, oil, and a heated knife. The glass jar is placed inside a metal bowl and the bowl is filled with water and droplets of oil. Ursu then heats a blade and places it in the water for a few seconds.<br /><br />Tada! The glass has been cut clean at the level of the water in the bowl.
